BladeRoom Data Centres is seeking a talented professional to deliver expert Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and exceptional customer support across our West London and M4 Corridor sites, including Farnborough, Heathrow, and Corsham. Key Responsibilities Planned Maintenance: Conduct regular BMS PPM tasks to keep systems running at peak performance. Troubleshooting&Repairs: Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including control setup and network configuration. Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure high-quality work and efficient task completion. Customer Support: Provide clear, accurate updates to clients, keeping them informed of progress and resolutions. Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate records of issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps. Prioritisation: Manage multiple technical issues effectively, focusing on urgent matters and ensuring timely follow-ups. About You Proven experience as a BMS Engineer with a track record of solving complex technical issues. Expertise in Tridium AX&N4 (essential). Knowledge of BMS facility management software (desirable). Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written technical support. A proactive, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Please note: This is not an IT role.
