With new investment, our client is investing further in to their expanding Commercial Lease Advisory team.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up to an Associate Partner / Partner position.This position is based at a new office in the heart of the heart of London, where you’ll collaborate closely with the Industrial and Logistics Agency team, taking the initiative in your work.You will focus particularly on the southeastern industrial sector, providing outstanding client service and offering advice across a wide range of areas, including rent reviews, lease renewals, dispute resolution, and lease regears.You will proactively identify new opportunities while continuing to strengthen and expand existing business relationships. Additionally, this role offers the chance for team leadership, so prior experience in nurturing and developing teams is highly desirable.This is a full-time role that follows our hybrid working policy, with the base location at their London office.In return, we offer the following benefits in addition to your base salary:Discretionary bonus schemeCompany car or car allowanceGenerous holiday entitlement starting at 25 days, increasing to 30 days, plus your birthday off and two extra half days for Christmas Eve and New Year's EvePrivate healthcareEnhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leaveAccess to an online money-saving portal and a 24/7 mental health and wellbeing serviceVolunteering leaveKey Responsibilities:Delivering exceptional client service to a diverse range of clientsAdvising on rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears, dispute resolution, and lease advice for sale and leaseback transactionsConducting rental valuations and preparing submissions for Independent Experts and ArbitratorsActively generating new business opportunities and demonstrating a successful track record in Lease Advisory services within the industrial sectorDeveloping and maintaining strong business relationships with private and corporate clients and professional contactsAttending networking events and staying informed on commercial landlord and tenant mattersManaging tenders and fee proposals for new businessActing independently and collaboratively within the Commercial Lease Advisory team and other service line teamsSupporting the growth of the Commercial Lease Advisory team in LondonMentoring and supervising junior staff and allocating work to meet operational needsContributing to budget setting and achieving personal and team targetsManaging financial tools for fee income forecasting and progress trackingEnsuring compliance with professional standards and firm-wide processesDemonstrating market knowledge and case law expertiseProducing and delivering timely reports on various commercial property mattersMonitoring team objectives and resolving issues to ensure efficient service deliveryThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Extensive experience in Commercial Lease Advisory servicesMRICS / FRICS qualificationStrong team management, development, and motivational skillsFull driving licenseExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsA customer-focused approach with high service awarenessThe ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines within agreed feesProven negotiation skills at all levelsA collaborative team player who can also work effectively independentlyA creative and solution-oriented mindsetA proactive, "can-do" attitude to work and customer service deliveryStrong drive and motivation to succeedOur client is a leading multi-disciplinary firm, offering a broad range of services to clients across the UK.
