WHAT YOU WILL DO As an Associate Director, it’ll be your job to lead the client relationship on your assigned brands or markets, and strategically&creatively influence your clients to achieve their brand and business objectives. The Associate Director will seek peer and SME (subject matter expert) input to ensure the client is at the centre of our solutions, but will retain overall responsibility and accountability for our outputs and impact. You’ll bring proven modern marketing experience to the team and will understand how digital channels and platforms are influencing the behaviours of health consumers and professionals and creating new opportunities for our client organisations. You will be passionate about making work that has value and purpose for its audiences. And passionate about building relationships and trust that open up these opportunities. As an Associate Director, you’ll be expected to have the experience and skill to manage and mentor your team day-to-day and develop, review and inspire your direct reports. You will also work hand in hand with the project management team ensuring delivery and resource casting is fit for the client and project. With respect to your dedicated client responsibilities, these include: Lead and oversee our client partnerships across a portfolio of brands on Pfizer. This is expected to be focused on Primary Care brands but the portfolio responsibilities could shift over time Build strong relationships with regional clients, and further connections to global and local as required by client need Understand and support your clients’ commercial and brand strategy, and ensure the agency team delivers a high-impact programme of work to help your clients achieve impact goals and objectives Build a high-impact client team to deliver against client requirements, and a strong partnership with the creative agency leaders working across the Pfizer business within Digitas Health and Publicis Health UK (including strategy, ops, medical and other business leads) Build strong partnerships with the International and regional CoLab IAT teams, with a specific focus on your partnership with the ICO regional IAT lead for Primary Care Understand and apply the CoLab offering, capabilities and processes to your client business, enabling your senior leads and day to day team to leverage its potential and navigate its complexities WHO YOU ARE You’ll have strong experience at a senior client management level within the healthcare industry, as well as creative agency experience You’ll be a natural communicator and collaborator; you build strong partnerships and naturally take the role of strategic advisor You’ll have a natural desire&instinct to sniff out and pursue new opportunities You have a passion for transformative work that has an impact on the world, and will build teams and partnerships that make it happen You’ll have an ability to inspire and motivate your team to keep them engaged and eager to work for and with you You’ll have deep expertise in digital strategy and creativity, and will understand how digital transforms traditional brand-building, customer engagement and marketing communications You’ll be a strategic thinker at all times and have experience of growing the accounts you work on You’ll be able to work on a range of accounts and projects at the same time, taking senior client relationships in your stride, and yet can adeptly drop into the weeds of specific projects as required You are highly organised and can effectively manage a range of competing priorities at pace
