We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the launch of our new store in London. In this key role, you will assist in driving sales performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We seek a proactive and detail-oriented leader with strong business acumen who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the Assistant Store Manager , you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team, helping to achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding brand standards and optimizing store operations. Job Responsibilities: Sales Management: Work closely with store leadership to execute sales plans, analyse performance, and develop improvement strategies. Store Operations: Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Inventory&Merchandising: Oversee inventory management, product transfers, and new product displays. Monitor sales trends, analyse slow-moving products, and develop merchandising strategies. Provide regular updates on purchasing, sales, and stock levels to store leadership. Team Development: Train and support sales associates to ensure they can independently handle daily store operations. Assist in staff development and succession planning by mentoring team members and managing store scheduling.
