We are seeking an Assistant Concession Manager to join their team in a prestigious London department store. Responsibilities Support the Concession Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency. Lead by example, delivering a refined and personalised customer experience that reflects the brand’s heritage. Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, storytelling, and client engagement. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, stock management, and product presentation. Assist in training and developing the team, fostering a culture of excellence and passion for fragrance. Build strong client relationships, creating a loyal customer base and enhancing the brand’s presence. Requirements Experience in luxury retail, preferably within fragrance, beauty, or high-end lifestyle brands. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional service. Passion for fine fragrances and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and artistry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
