We are working exclusively with a prestigious Family Office, looking to hire an Asset/Property Project Manager. This a non-investment role - you will be involved in support across a range of operational duties. This role will report to the Property Director and work closely with the principal of the family office. Initially, you will support some high-end residential development projects, across the UK, Europe and New York, coordinating with the heads of construction, building consultants and architects. You will also support a wider team who manage a diverse portfolio which spans the UK, Western Europe, and South America and has a variety of assets including large estates, working agriculture, residential units etc. Some of your key responsibilities include arranging tenders for works and being responsible for the delivery of projects subject to specific budgetary and deadline requirements. You will also need experience with the drafting and administration of JCT contracts. The Family Office is growing considerably, and long-term work will be highly varied, with a blend of ongoing development oversight, supporting the investment team with the gathering of data to assess the viability of opportunities and ongoing asset management across the wider portfolio. For this, we are looking for an intelligent professional from the Real Estate industry (asset/property managers, development managers, surveyors, family office professionals etc.) with minimum 4 years’ experience. You should have excellent academics, and any additional relevant qualifications are highly desirable (for example MRICS). It is important to be effective in communicating with a range of stakeholders and thrive in a ‘value adding’ role with high visibility to business leaders. Additionally, the ability to work in a confidential and highly organised manner is vital. The team are looking to hire the top talent in the Asset Management /Real Estate sector, and hence are prepared to offer a significant uplift from your current base salary . Bonuses will be minimum of 50%, and often extend to 100%, as well as offering market leading benefits.
