We are seeking an Asset Manager – Electrical to oversee, innovate, and enhance electrical distribution systems. This role is central to ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient electrical operations across a large and diverse estate. About the Role In this challenging and rewarding position, you will: Lead the Management of installation, maintenance, and upgrades for electrical distribution systems, including fault finding and programming. Develop Standards for engineering excellence and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency. Collaborate with capital project teams on design, commissioning, and handover stages, acting as an internal consultant for electrical systems. Train and Mentor teams, sharing knowledge and leading improvements in service delivery. Ensure Safety and Compliance through rigorous adherence to health and safety standards and robust management of HV/LV AP processes. You’ll also deputise for the Asset Improvement Manager, making this a key leadership position within the team. What Our Client Are Looking For We’re seeking a professional with: HND/HNC in Building Services, or equivalent qualifications and experience. Proven expertise in electrical distribution systems, including HV/LV AP qualifications. Managerial experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health and safety legislation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. The ability to work on your own initiative while managing budgets, teams, and contractors effectively.
