Job Title: Area Sales Manager – HVAC Location: North East England (Manchester, Liverpool Surroundings) (Travel Required) Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum Company Car/Car Allowance Performance Bonus About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to join a leading provider of HVAC solutions. In this role, you will drive sales, build and maintain customer relationships, and promote innovative air handling solutions across North East England. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in HVAC, airside systems, or related industries to join a supportive and growing team. Key Responsibilities of an Area Sales Manager Sales Development: Proactively drive sales and manage a portfolio of clients within the South Wales region. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, attending networking events and trade shows to expand your client base. Customer Relationships: Build long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored HVAC solutions. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and advancements in HVAC technologies. Performance Tracking: Achieve and exceed sales targets whilst reporting regularly on sales activities and market feedback. Training&Development: Participate in on-the-road training (6–9 months) to build strong client relationships and gain in-depth product knowledge. What We Offer for an Area Sales Manager Competitive Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements for an Area Sales Manager Experience: Proven sales experience in HVAC, airside systems, air conditioning, heat pumps, cooling units, or similar industries. Skills: Strong presentation and LinkedIn marketing skills, with a focus on building customer relationships. Knowledge: Familiarity with the North East location. (Manchester, Liverpool etc) Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
