The Role In this position, you will: Develop technical packages for residential developments at RIBA Stages 3&4. Use your expertise in Revit and CAD to produce precise and detailed designs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-focused solutions. Ensure all designs comply with UK Building Regulations and project specifications. Contribute to the studio’s ethos of sustainability and design excellence. About You We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: At least 2 years of experience in technical detailing, particularly for residential projects. Proficiency in Revit and CAD software. A strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
