Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect - Contract (Outside IR35) Role: Architectural Technologist Location: Greater Manchester/Cheshire Area Contract Duration: 6 Months initial (expected to be long term) Working pattern: Hybrid either from Manchester on site or in office in North Yorkshire Company Overview: Our client, a reputable architectural practice who are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join them on a contract basis and will need someone for an initial 6-month period (scope to be long term). This practice designs and delivers within various sectors including education, commercial spaces, heritage, life sciences, nuclear and residential to name a few. Role Overview: As an Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect, you will have key involvement in the technical stages (4-5) of a recently won Nuclear project producing technical detailing in Revit. You can either work from site in the Greater Manchester area or from the office in North Yorkshire on a hybrid working arrangement. Essential requirements: Experience working on Nuclear/MOD projects would be ideal. Strong with the associated software Revit, producing technical drawings. Hold SC Clearance/BPSS Clearance.
