Architect/Architectural Technologist - Contract Position (Outside IR35) Role: Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect Location: Oxford Contract Duration: 6 Months Initial Working pattern: 3 day in office, rest from home Company Overview: Our client, an Oxfordshire based architectural practice is currently seeking an Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join them on a contract basis and will need someone for an initial 6-month period. The role is temp to permanent if you wish to work for a longer period of time. The practices work within various different sectors including industrial, education, healthcare/pharmaceuticals and workplace to name a few. Role Overview: As an Technical Architect/Architectural Technologist, you will have a passion for high level technical detailing in a previous architectural practice using Revit. The practice is working on a variety of projects that require assistance from stage 4 onwards. Essential requirements: Strong with Revit, ideally 4-5 years using the software. NBS based. Strong experience on technical design and detailing.
