Seeking an experienced Associate with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in arbitration. The practice is looking to grow and offers a good balance of investor-state and commercial work, across a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead arbitration cases and play a key role in strategy. Engage in written advocacy by taking responsibility for pleadings, witness statements, legal briefs Provide insightful legal analysis and advice on complex issues about international arbitration law. Conduct legal research on comparative and cross-jurisdictional issues in international commercial law. Liaise with clients to provide regular updates on case progress and strategic advice tailored to their specific objectives. Mentor junior lawyers by providing guidance on arbitration procedures, legal writing techniques, and client management.
