We are seeking a talented Application Support Engineer for a leading consulting company. Contract length: 6 months Day rate: Competitive You'll be responsible for providing access and support for key tools, assisting software delivery teams with the tools needed to manage their projects. As a Tooling Engineer, you will: Conduct technical discovery of planned tooling architecture Define processes for deploying, configuring, and maintaining tools using infrastructure as code Validate security controls, including authentication policies and data separation, adhering to the ‘need to know’ principle Define tooling principles, including assurance, security, preferred hosting/architecture, containerization, Kubernetes, and through-life management Develop and validate tooling configuration strategies for Beta deployment Use Terraform for deployment and maintenance within the GitOps framework, and Helm for managing Kubernetes applications Work in Agile sprints, prioritizing tasks for current and upcoming sprints Maintain a hybrid work schedule (50% onsite, 50% remote) If this sounds of interest and would like to learn more, please reach out to Ewan at ewanparitasrecruitment.com
