工作职责 负责海外市场的售后服务管理,制定售后服务流程及规范,建立并维护客户档案和信息数据库 Responsible for after-sales service management in overseas markets, formulate after-sales service processes and specifications, establish and maintain customer files and information databases 懂快递配送体系,能够通过区域自配送提升用户体验 Understand the express distribution system and be able to improve the user experience through regional self-distribution 对客户反馈的问题做好记录与及时反馈,参与售后体系建设、流程的优化,管理海外经销商及售后网点 Make records and timely feedback on customer feedback, participate in the construction of after-sales system, optimize the process, and manage overseas dealers and after-sales outlets 组织培训相关售后服务人员,提升其服务技能,确保售后服务质量不断提升 Organize and train relevant after-sales service personnel, improve their service skills, and ensure that the quality of after-sales service continues to improve 资源拉通、协调,与海外区域技术人员和总部等密切配合,快速制定维修方案 Pull through and coordinate resources, and cooperate closely with overseas regional technical personnel and headquarters to quickly formulate maintenance plans 任职资格 5年以上海外跨境电商后服务工作实践经验,有维修经验者优先考虑; More than 5 years of practical experience in overseas cross-border e-commerce post-service work, maintenance experience is preferred; 有良好的客户服务意识及沟通协调能力; Have a good sense of customer service and communication and coordination skills; 有海外分销商资源优先。 Overseas distributor resources are preferred
