Service Desk Coordinator – Construction Consultancy Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting a Service Desk Coordinator to join a leading construction consultancy based in Manchester City Centre. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, multitasking, and keeping things running smoothly What You’ll Do: Coordinate surveyor appointments by managing schedules, bookings, and client requests. Proofread and review reports prepared by surveyors to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Handle general office administration , including managing correspondence, updating records, and liaising with clients and colleagues. Work closely with both surveyors and clients to ensure projects progress efficiently. Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the consultancy's operations. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (experience in a construction or consultancy environment is a bonus). Strong attention to detail —you can spot errors a mile away Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
