Job Title: Administrative Business Partner Client Location: London - Hybrid 3 Days Onsite Starting: 20/01/2025 Salary/Pay Rate: £25 p/h PAYE (£52K p/a) Hours: Full-time Duration: 6 month contract An Administrative Business Partner provides high-level administrative support to executives and teams, ensuring efficient operation and contributing to the company's success. While specific responsibilities can vary, typical duties include: Calendar Management : Coordinating and managing complex schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives. Communication Liaison : Serving as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Event Planning : Organizing and coordinating team events, off-sites, and other business-related functions. Travel Coordination : Arranging domestic and international travel, including accommodations and itineraries. Document Preparation : Drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations. Project Management : Assisting with special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives. Office Management : Overseeing administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3-5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment. Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This role is open for a limited time.
