This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. The rate for this contract is £13 - £15 per hour. Key Responsibilities Typing professional correspondence, including letters, with precision. Conducting mail merges for mass communication. Managing ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team. Maintaining accurate and organised records. Providing general office support and assisting in the coordination of daily operations. Experience: Strong administrative experience Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working Arrangements This position is office-based , requiring your presence in our York city centre office five days a week .
