My client in Southend-on-Sea is looking for an Admin Assistant to support their servicing team. You will be liaising with clients and dealing with parts requests. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. Responsibilities: Handling incoming and outgoing communications Managing and organizing files and documents Scheduling appointments and meetings Assisting with inventory management Preparing reports and presentations Providing general administrative support to the team Requirements: Minimum of 1 year working in an office setting Experience in a service admin position would be advantageous Must be able to drive due to the location Flexible working hours: 7-4, 8-5, 9-6 (varied each week) Monday - Friday.
