Account Manager – Recruitment (Non-Sales, Focused on Existing Large Accounts) Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for large, existing accounts, nurturing and strengthening long-term relationships. Service Delivery: Oversee and manage the recruitment process to ensure client needs are met efficiently, maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services within current accounts by understanding their changing requirements and offering tailored solutions. Candidate Oversight: Supervise candidate sourcing, onboarding, and performance, ensuring alignment with client expectations and maintaining quality standards. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client or candidate concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Reporting&Insights: Regularly provide updates and reports on recruitment performance, demonstrating the added value and results delivered to clients. Out-of-Hours On-Call Duties: As part of the role, there will be occasional out-of-hours on-call responsibilities to ensure continuity of service and client satisfaction. Skills&Attributes: Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to foster long-lasting client partnerships. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage high-volume recruitment. Analytical mindset to interpret data and offer meaningful insights for decision-making. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to support recruitment processes. Focus Areas: Focus on account retention and organic growth , rather than driving new business. Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction. Drive success through proactive account management and excellent service delivery. Out-of-Hours Support: The role includes occasional out-of-hours on-call duties to ensure seamless client service.
