The Role As an Account Manager , you’ll be the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from concept to execution. Your day-to-day will involve: Managing client relationships – acting as their go-to person and ensuring expectations are exceeded. Overseeing campaign execution – working closely with creative, production, and strategy teams. Handling budgets and timelines – ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Identifying growth opportunities – supporting account expansion and new business development. Providing post-campaign analysis – evaluating results and sharing insights. What You’ll Need Experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive role within an experiential or events agency. Strong communication and relationship-building skills – confident in client management. A passion for brand experiences – understanding activations, live events, and consumer engagement. Excellent project management abilities – able to multitask and meet deadlines. A commercial mindset – comfortable managing budgets and identifying growth opportunities.
