Account Manager - Travel Industry South of England | Home-Based | Premium Tour Operator Are you passionate about luxury travel and building lasting partnerships? About the Role As Account Manager, you'll be the ambassador for one of the UK's most prestigious travel brands, fostering strong relationships with travel agents while driving strategic growth. This field-based position offers an attractive hybrid working arrangement, blending home working with periodic visits to their contemporary head office. Key Responsibilities You will take ownership of: Strategic development of travel agency partnerships to maximise revenue and market presence Regular face-to-face engagement with travel agents (3-4 days per week) Organisation and delivery of engaging training sessions, roadshows, and familiarisation trips Sales data analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends Market intelligence gathering and competitor insights to inform company strategy Collaboration with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery Business development initiatives across your designated territory What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets in a trade sales role Strong relationship-building abilities with travel agents and head office teams Deep passion for the travel industry Self-motivation and ability to work independently Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities Outstanding presentation and communication skills This role represents a unique opportunity to join a company known for its exceptional staff retention and stable working environment, where your expertise and enthusiasm for travel can truly flourish.
