Here at Apprentify we are recruiting on behalf of our client in Central London for an Account Manager to join their growing SaaS business. What they do: We are a SaaS platform that enables brands to increase the efficiency of their paid search by unlocking opportunities to generate more revenue and reduce cost. We are looking to hire an Account Manager who will be responsible for the smooth running of our Customer Experience department. You will be focussed on nurturing customer relationships, driving usage of the platform, supporting the CX team as well as spotting upsell opportunities. In this role you will be responsible for: Customer usage / renewals Generating good news stories/ case studies Opening opportunities for upselling Bringing organisation to our Customer Experience department Reporting and analysis Monitor and report on platform usage Work with Marketing to develop a comms plan for our customers Pull out insights from the platform to support with regular client calls Maintaining the CRM Maintain customer account plans Organise customer interactions with the CX team Grow the client account base You will be expected to spot and qualify opportunity for us to grow our presence within our existing account base You will be expected to book new meetings through asking for referrals or introductions to new contact What we need from you Demonstration of: drive, passion, curiosity, coachability, persistence, interest in people/ desire to build relationships, ‘Get stuff done’ attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
