Your day-to-day will involve: Managing key client accounts – acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term partnerships. Leading the creative and strategic development of innovative experiential marketing campaigns. Overseeing project execution – from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless implementation. Budgeting, forecasting, and commercial growth – identifying opportunities to expand accounts. Mentoring and inspiring teams to produce standout brand experiences. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in an Account Director or Senior Client Services role within experiential marketing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive results. Exceptional client relationship management – able to build, nurture, and grow accounts. Commercial mindset – confident in budget management, forecasting, and account growth. Deep understanding of the experiential landscape – activations, events, and brand experiences.
